Phil Swanson

Project Engineer

• Phil graduated from Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Management. After several years working in healthcare and nonprofit, Phil pivoted to the construction field as a project home builder for deserving first-time homeowners. After three years, he transitioned to residential home inspections before joining the Premier Build team in 2024.
• Phil and his wife reside in Roswell and welcomed a baby girl to the world this past summer. When not working, Phil enjoys being with family, exercising, and being outdoors. When time allows, he loves a home improvement project.
